Private educational childbirth preparation advice classes for parents-to-be are available on the first two Monday evenings of each month at the Village Hotel in Cardiff. Classes are presented by our experienced Parentcraft Midwives. Classes are available for all pregnant ladies to attend, not just those booked to have their baby in Cardiff however, early booking is advised to ensure dates of your choice. Women with singleton pregnancies are advised to have completed the course by 36 weeks gestation as some babies decide to come early! Women with twin pregnancies should start classes at 24 weeks gestation as they may deliver even earlier.

Our comprehensive, educational advice courses are available as a couples or mothers-to be evening class . Courses are designed for first time parents-to-be to ideally commence between 28 to 30 weeks of pregnancy. We advise you to book for these classes after your 20 week scan to ensure a place on your preferred course. Up to ten mothers/parents-to-be may attend the childbirth preparation course. Free refreshments are available.

Additional Private "One to One" classes and coaching can be arranged for any couples booked on the Childbirth Preparation Course.
