Counselling is not about giving advice, but will help you explore your options and possible ways forward. Our counselling and support service has been designed to assist you and your partner through the stresses of change and loss when you need it most.
We can offer a flexible response to meet your needs when you are experiencing a variety of problems including;
How can counselling help? It may be that just one or two sessions are all you need to help you get back on track. Or, you may feel you need more time to come to terms with your situation. The choice is yours and your counsellor will not make you do or say anything you do not wish to, or are ready to do.
Our counsellor Vivienne Mumby has over 16 years experience working with both individuals and couples on a wide variety of issues and has worked in health, social care and education, alongside psychologists, social workers and teachers.
